Will O’ Wind Farm is located one hour north of Toronto on the north ridge of the Hockley Valley. Established in 1979, the farm has played host to events ranging from hunter paces to the Pan American Games 2015. For the past seventeen years we have run Equine Canada and FEI sanctioned competitions. Will O’ Wind Farm is recognized as one of the premier eventing sites in Canada. It is home to Ann Morgan, EC level II eventing coach, and her husband Geoff, owner and operator of Showcom Event Services.
Ann and Geoff Morgan have operated the farm since 1979. The farm was initially established as a breeding, training and boarding facility. It was developed into a show site for dressage and jumper schooling shows, and eventually became home to the Will O’ Wind Horse Trials in 2000.
Ann is an active Equine Canada level II coach, and has completed the NCCP level III theory component. She coaches dressage and eventing riders. Ann has helped her students develop their talents, enabling them to safely progress from entry level riders to International competitors.
As an Eventing Coach, I am available to coach you in dressage, show jumping and cross country, either at your facility or here at Will O’ Wind Farm. I have been teaching people to ride for over 20 years with my main philosophy being “Make it fun and Make it safe.” I have my colours with the Eglinton Caledon Hunt and have been an active competitor all of my life, from Quarter Horses at Quarterama to the Advanced Horse Trials and FEI competitions.
I enjoy teaching students ranging in age from early teens to chronologically challenged adults active or returning to the sport. I do not keep school horses but will be pleased to help you develop the full potential of your rquine partner. Please call or email me for more information regarding lessons.
